The legislation includes $60 billion for Ukraine, $26 billion for Israel and humanitarian aid, and $8 billion for the Indo-Pacific region. It also proposes repayment from Ukraine of $10 billion in economic assistance, with the option for loan forgiveness from 2026 onwards. Measures to sell off Russian assets and impose sanctions on Iran are also included.
